Created in 2015, Les Menues is an event caterer for both professionals and individuals. We have been working as a family for nearly 10 years and we created, alongside our catering activity, an event agency in 2009.
Good natured and fond of gastronomy, we want to share this passion with our clients. For the record, the name Les Menues is a play on words: Menu “es” reflects in its primary meaning to what is fine/delicate like the finesse of the Parisian cuisine, with the “little things”, the “little bites”, the “mignardises” that we cook for our cocktail dinners. The word “menu” in French is also used to refer to complete formula served in French restaurant: starter, main course, dessert.
Our culinary offer has been designed at our image: GENEROUS and refined. Great epicureans by nature, we like the table to be well stocked. The way we cook is like our generosuty, we don’t count: our teams do not talk about the number of “cocktail pieces” but about grammage. Always eager to break the codes of traditional caterering, we prefer to propose generous bites that will make you feel the authentic tastes of our cuisine. We observed that very often the too “fancy” cocktail pieces, while very creative, lose the tastes.
We select qualitative raw materials and fresh seasonal products that are not over-processed and can give the best flavours to our menu.
After 10 years of experience in event production, we had the desire to create a culinary offer that matches with the new expectations of our customers. Les Menues was created in 2016. Today we offer a creative gastronomic experience that adds value to the exceptional character of an event.
A project that has grown together with a passion for receiving, for creating moments of sharing and meaningful encounters. In our kitchen, creativity never rests. We are constantly on the lookout for new ideas, new flavours, to awaken your eyes and taste buds. We like to surprise our guests while keeping the flavours of a simple cuisine: wood-fired grills, a rib of beef ”à la plancha”, a sardine on a piece of bread with butter …
At the heart of this project: we strive for a “disruptive” approach of the art of receiving. From the outset, we decided to not do seated-format dinner and we looked to create a real itinerant meal, sufficiently large and with real added value. We wanted to remove the barrier between the kitchen and the reception area because we want to share our profession and create a relationship with our guests. We came up with the concept of an open kitchens and quick meals created “ in live” by our chefs, to offer our customers an original and culinary experience.
We share our passion with family and friends. This is what makes our strength today and we hope it will be the key to our success tomorrow.
The population of Paris and its suburbs are the result of successive waves of provincial and foreign immigration. At every street corner, there are many opportunities and temptations to awaken our taste buds to new flavours and specialties from elsewhere. From Asia to the Middle East through Europe and Africa, Paris is a culinary journey for its inhabitants and visitors.
As native Parisians, we pay tribute to the cosmopolitan districts of our capital by working on our menu with chefs of foreign origins. Like a walk through the streets of Paris, let yourself be surprised by our American, Oriental, Asian, and also European specialties.
Our teams don’t just know how to cook. We also offer our clients the opportunity to take advantage of our decorating sensibility to better fit in with the theme of their event. We have several offers referenced such as Zen, Country chic, Christmas and Seasonal vegetables… We also respond to specific requests.
